The notifications where deactivated on my macbook, my bad !
I've made another test for the verify checksum, I think files show missing only for copies on which "Copy folder itself into destination" is checked. If I leave the option off it verifies just fine. Path is unchanged in both copies.

Thanks again for making this tool open source, I'm excited to see where this goes !

Guys,
A beta 9 is online that might solve Lois problem with verification. The behavior is quite different regarding checksum/report/mhl location. If "copy folder itself" is unchecked, all the files are located inside the destination (alongside all the files). If it is checked, the checksum etc will be located alongside the source folder copied.
There is also a slider icon that opens a menu which allows to customize checksum and report names (and put reports in a subfolder).

It now display the source size (not the total media size).

And the conflict manager has been improved.

Hi everyone,
A Beta v10 is now online with minor changes : a badge added for the status of the jobs (done/failed). Job name can be changed...
Let me know.
I've used it 3 days on a shooting with multiple backups with no issues.
