LOUPER LDE Black Screen Issue with DeckLink 8K Pro

Hello Everyone,

I am considering buying a LOUPER for remote color grading sessions. I tried using their free version and connecting it with my Flanders XMP-310 and Blackmagic DeckLink 8K Pro card. The problem I am facing is that I am not getting a screen on the LDE.

I connected the LDE to the Blackmagic DeckLink 8K Pro card, but it is not showing any output on the stream. I only get a black screen. According to their guidelines, you need to create a loop setup, but my DeckLink card has bi-directional capability.

I am looking for a solution. If someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

My Current Cabling Setup:

Decklink 8K Pro SDI out ------> Flanders XMP-310 SDI in

Are you referring to Louper.io the subscription based streaming service?

Output to Blackmagic Hardware (Beta) | Louper Setup Guides & Support

You can output your stream from Louper StreamConnect to an external SDI or HDMI display using Blackmagic Hardware. You'll need to be on the latest version of Louper StreamConnect for macOS to access this feature.

Output to Blackmagic Hardware (Beta)​

You can output your stream from Louper StreamConnect to an external SDI or HDMI display using Blackmagic Hardware. You'll need to be on the latest version of Louper StreamConnect for macOS to access this feature.
First, configure your Blackmagic Decklink or Ultrastudio output device from the StreamConnect toolbar:

1. Open Louper StreamConnect on your Mac, and input your Room’s StreamConnect code to view the livestream
2. Click on the Blackmagic Output button at the top right of the StreamConnect toolbar
3. Select your Blackmagic hardware from the Device dropdown menu
4. Configure your preferred Auto-detect, Buffer and Audio output settings
5. Click Enable Output

Your Blackmagic device should now be receiving the stream from Louper StreamConnect. The stream will be visible on whatever display you have connected to your Blackmagic device.

For me it happens when I try to use Nobe Omniscope at the same time with LDE.
